Student Travel Grant
The IMWLC 2026 Student Travel Grant aims to encourage B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students to participate in the IEEE Microwave World Leaders Conclave. The initiative seeks to reduce financial barriers and provide students with opportunities to engage with experts, explore emerging technologies, and connect with the microwave and RF community.
Objectives
Encourage Student Participation
Promote student involvement in IMWLC 2026 and engagement with the microwave and RF community.
Promote Technical Learning
Provide exposure to emerging technologies, research advancements, and industry perspectives.
Foster Networking
Encourage interaction with researchers, industry professionals, and fellow students.
Improve Accessibility
Help reduce the financial burden of participation through travel, accommodation, and registration support.

₹5,000 Travel Grant
Financial assistance towards travel expenses for selected students.
Complimentary Shared Accommodation
Shared accommodation arranged near the event venue.
Complimentary Registration
Waiver of registration fees for selected participants.
Eligibility & Selection
The grant is open to B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students from academic institutions and research organisations.
Applications will be reviewed by the organising committee, and the grant and associated benefits will be awarded to selected applicants. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
